Flowcut is designed as a complete solution that replaces your current tools. In some cases, it can also temporarily coexist with your existing software during the transition.
AI Receptionist
The AI receptionist is always connected to the Flowcut platform. It answers calls 24/7, checks availability in real time, books appointments, and sends confirmations automatically. It ensures you never miss a call, even when the salon is closed or on weekends.
Setup typically takes a few hours. Once your services, hours, and employees are configured, Flowcut is ready to receive bookings. Our team supports you with data transfer to speed up the transition.
Pricing and billing
Flowcut offers three monthly subscriptions: Lite ($49.99), Pro ($99.99), and Enterprise (custom pricing). No hidden fees are added to your billing.
Your data is automatically deleted 7 days after the end of your paid subscription period. The countdown starts from your billing end date, not the cancellation date. For example, if you cancel on the 1st but your subscription is valid until the 15th, data will be deleted on the 22nd. *Extended retention is available upon request.
Data and support
All plans include support via email, phone, and video call. The Enterprise plan offers priority support with enhanced assistance.
Yes. The Enterprise plan allows you to manage multiple locations from a centralized dashboard. Each salon is independent and keeps its own hours, services, employees, invoices, and inventory.
